Jen and I went walking around our neighbourhood at night with a camera, a tripod, and a handful of flashlights. We took this picture first with flash, then with a long exposure where she shined a blue LED light on the shed and I shined an incandescent light on the flower in the foreground - it was Jen's idea. The effect was really cool in the flashlight shot but the details were a bit dark so I overlaid the two pictures - flash and exposure - and this is the result.

I've taken a lot of pictures of this shed before; I really love it. I like sheds in general more than old houses. There is a certain air of mystique to old sheds. You never know what could be long forgotten in the high rafters of an old shed. It's even cooler when the shed looks as Japanese as this one.
