The Whole Erk Catalogue Tales of a Geek Abroad

I am not sure if the shrine facade was built around this tree, or if the tree actually grew up through the shrine. Given that some of the artifacts at this shrine are hundreds of years old, either is easily possible (or maybe a combination).
